“I have 2 Klipsch R-15PM speakers and an audio technica turntable. I do not have them connected through a receiver or external amp. What subwoofers are compatible with this setup to connect to the R-15PMs?”

There’s a simple RCA output from 15’s to subwoofer. Should run fine with input from turntable. I run mine with the sub out RCA for iPhone via Bluetooth and for desktop via usb. My Sub is powered... not sure how well the R15’s would power the sub if it didn’t have its own power.
