I'm sure you've gotten this solved by now or hopefully contacted customer support through their website, but if they don't or haven't offered any solution, what you can do is unscrew the screws from the back of the sub and pull the amp out and the RCA prong should be down sitting in the insulation or it may be sitting on the amp PCB board and you will want to remove it if it's on the board because it can cause a short and damage like that isn't covered under their warranty because it wouldve taken user/pet error and broke it off inside of the RCA LFE port.
