• Check The Distance From Speaker To Sub. Mine Was Only 10ft Away And Would Not Pick Up When I Put Them Closer Together They Paired No Problem. Hope This Helped.

• Have you tried refreshing the Bluetooth? After turning it on and off, press the soundbar button and hold for 3 seconds.
