Can I use these in a studio? null

You could, I am a full time mix engineer and I would not. ProAC, Yamaha, And ATC are on another level for near field.

I am using these in a non traditional setup. I am using an Adcom GTP400 pre amp and GFA535 Power amp - but - i have my mixer turntables and recording equipment as well as a FXAudio DAC for my tv running though. I am also running rhe 10” reference series sub. So yeah as long as you have power running to rhem because they are passive - you can use them in a studio.
