• Yes. If you are gonna spend this much on a speaker you should at a minimum match the left/right channels. This way the sensitivity, frequency response and manufacturers “tone” work together. If you hook a crap speaker up next to this one you are only gonna hear the Klipsch.

• I would highly advise against only using one as you will not get true stereo sound. It probably does break some rule.

• I don't think so just looks better really. Also u will have equal sound. As the other (second) would be the same.

• No it does not break some rule, you will just have Mono sound instead of Stereo.
