No. You need a receiver to power them and the appropriate cables to send sound from tv to receiver. Depending on avr, it could be optical or hdmi through ARC or eARC.

They require additional components to operate. Best Buy has sound bars with or without subwoofers that have built in power supplies which will work with your TV.
