If your amplifier supports Atmos then these could be used as a front left and right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. From the Owner's Manual page 10 we read this: "This unit is equipped with a decoder that supports Dolby Atmos audio format. The placement or movement of sound is accurately reproduced by the addition of overhead speakers, enabling you to experience an incredibly natural and realistic surround sound field." It then points to page 244 of the manual. The unit also supports DTS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To do the Atmos surround, you need a smaller set of “ceiling firing” speakers. While these can be used as the primary speakers in a Dolby Atmos configuration (left and right front speakers), you’ll need to grab a set of speakers designed for that task. (Tip: you can place the Atmos speakers on top of these for space saving)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This speaker doesn't interact with Dolby Atmos. Your receiver has to be Dolby Atmos capable. I have this tower speaker with a Dolby Atmos speaker on top. Both are connected to my Yamaha receiver. Sounds wonderful!!
