Yes. In fact that is what you are supposed to do. The system will automatically turn on when it senses a signal from either the analog or digital inputs and automatically go into standby mode after 10 minutes of no signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. At least I always leave our subwoofer on. There is a power on/off switch and also a volume knob located on the subwoofer. When I turn the TV (Sony Bravia) off, the subwoofer will automatically go into sleep mode (indicated by a light changing from blue to orange) after maybe 10 minutes or so. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the subwoofer can stay on. (I only turn my off if I'm going out of town)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it can be. The subwoofer will not stay on if the main unit is off. What I did is connected the soundbar to a 4 port electric surge protector and put it accessible behind tv to make sure its not on when Im not using it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it can The subwoofer goes into a sleep mode when the power is shut off to the sound bar
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the sub goes into standby mode when it stops receiving a signal from the soundbar for a few minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes its either on or off. It will turn to the power setting when called for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes thats not an issue. when its left on the on position, it goes into a standby mode when you turn off the soundbar. The light in the back glows amber instead of blue. it is designed to be left on, that way there is no lag of waiting for it to connect to sounder again, its just instantly on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
