• No, not directly. You would need self powered speakers for that. You can find numerous bookshelf speakers that way, but not sure on outdoor speakers. I'd do research and make sure you type in "powered speakers".

• A TV will need to send audio thru an external amplifier to work, not all TV's have an audio output. This means if tv equipped with an amp added this will work.
