Issue is with the wiring. Make sure the positive wire (red) goes to the positive wire. Negative wire (black) is the other one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like a blow out prevention circuit being activated by an impedance mismatch. Make sure your receiver's ohm setting is set to the proper setting and the problem should be solved. Also, check your speaker wires going in to your receiver & into your speakers to make sure there's no bare wires grounding out at those points. Hope this helped? ~ peace
