Does this phone have VoLTE? null

I use a Freedom Pop 4g card and it is some of the fastest 4g I have used. I do not know if it is Volte, but it is quick.

It might have the capability now or in the future (via a software patch) but I would not bet on it, as the standard is not universal yet. I would call or check with Kodak if that is an essential feature.
