“Can the Kwikset Model # 99160-009 be controlled by a smart phone via internet and an app?”

• Yes it can! I know for sure that it will if you use the Samsung Smart Things Hub with it as that is how we have it set up. I am not sure if there are other "hubs" that work with it as well. We absolutely love the set up. It was also VERY easy to set up the Hub and get the locks linked to it and the Smart Things App which is where you control the locks.
