Yes it was. I preordered the game before it came out and was able to get the GCU discount applied to my purchase. Notably, Amazon at the time did not apply the 20% Prime discount for games to Labo, however, I am not sure if this is still the case.

Yes, I bought Gamers Club Unlocked just to get the discount on Labo. I double-checked my receipt and I did in fact get the 20% off.
