Nom just the ones that are listed as having Thunderbolt. My old Early 2013 MacBook Pro had Thunderbolt 2 and therefore needed the interface in this product. I swapped out the slow hard drive and put in an SSD instead. But your 2019 MacBook deserves to have a Thunderbolt 3 device, because that will go faster.
