• The Samsung T5 comes with a usb c to usb c cable as well as a usb c to usb a cable. You can plug it into your Mac Pro 2013 in the USB A port. Also you can get an Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 Adaptor and plug the Samsung T5 into it with the usb c to usb c cable and get faster performance than with the USB port on your Mac Pro.
