• Sorry I cannot answer this exact question since I do not have this tablet, but do NOT assume because it is Android it can save or move apps to the SD card. MANY and I mean MANY android devices, especially lower end ones are locked and cannot use the SD card for this. It all depends on how the manufacturer made the permissions etc

• I haven't tried this myself, but I don't see why not. It runs android so it should be possible to do that, as this can be done on other android devices.
