Q: QuestionWhat ages?I don't want to buy a tablet that my 4 and 5 years olds will outgrow in a year. What are the ages for this device?

• A:Answer The LeapFrog Epic is intended for children ages 3-8. It has the ability to grow with your child including granting access to an open web browser when ready and adults have the ability to bypass the LeapFrog Epic safety features and download the Amazon App Store. Since Amazon App Store is an external store, we are not able to review and test every app in this store to be child appropriate and compatible with Leapfrog Epic.

• A:Answer Google Play cannot be accessed from the LeapFrog Epic, however adults will have the ability to bypass the LeapFrog Epics safety features and download the Amazon App Store. Many popular apps are available in both app stores, and LeapFrog selected the Amazon App Store because of the smoother technical integration between this external storefront and the LeapFrog Epic.

• A:Answer Since it runs android I would say yes. You need to install the Amazon App Store and from there you can get the games and movies you want. You should check the Amazon App Store online now to see what is available there, if you can find it there, it can be installed on the epic.

• A:Answer Yes. You have to set a certain security setting that allows outside apps to be downloaded. I would start by making sure your software is up to date by going to the settings and software update. Google how to make sure ur settings are right and then you can download anything from the play store.
