Since it runs android I would say yes. You need to install the Amazon App Store and from there you can get the games and movies you want. You should check the Amazon App Store online now to see what is available there, if you can find it there, it can be installed on the epic.

LeapFrog Epic is compatible with Micro SD cards up to 32GB and can be synced to your PC via USB and used as a USB storage device for transferring photos, music and video files through the Music Player and the Gallery, assuming they are unencrypted or have any DRM preventing it to be played on other devices. Standard Android compatible formats should work.
