  • QuestionAre all dog carriers going to be able to be towed. I do not see a carrier for 80 lb dogs

    • Answer Hey there! We currently offer a Pet Carrier with a weight capacity of up to 50 lbs. Unfortunately, we don’t have an option for larger pets right now, but we hope to offer something for bigger furry friends in the future!

The XP Trike2 does arrive fully assembled, but we still recommend checking all the bolts and components to ensure everything is secure, as some things may have loosened in transit. Also, the tires aren’t fully inflated in the box to fit the bike properly, so you’ll need to inflate them before your first ride. We also have a First Ride video on our YouTube channel that walks you through what to do before hitting the road. Lastly, please note that some accessories may be shipped separately for you to install at home.

    • Answer Hey there. Yes! The XP Trike2 arrives mostly assembled. Our bikes are designed for tool-free assembly, as most parts come preinstalled, so you can spend less time reading instructions and more time riding. In our First Ride setup videos, we show tool use mainly as a safety step, since shipping can sometimes loosen bolts. We recommend checking key parts before every ride to ensure safety and smoothness. Tires ship partially inflated to avoid damage, which is why the videos guide you through the final setup. While tools aren’t required for assembly, having basic bike tools on hand is advised for double-checking and maintaining your bike over time. Accessories are shipped separately for customers to install themselves, giving you flexibility in customizing your ride. We hope this helps, and feel free to reach out with any questions!

  • QuestionCan I operate the throttle independent of the pedal assist; ie use just the throttle, but not have to pedal?

    • Answer Hey Kenny. Yes! You can use the throttle on its own without pedaling, pedal assist isn’t required to operate it. Please keep in mind though that this may effect the range.
