The XP Trike2 does arrive fully assembled, but we still recommend checking all the bolts and components to ensure everything is secure, as some things may have loosened in transit. Also, the tires aren’t fully inflated in the box to fit the bike properly, so you’ll need to inflate them before your first ride. We also have a First Ride video on our YouTube channel that walks you through what to do before hitting the road. Lastly, please note that some accessories may be shipped separately for you to install at home.

Our bikes are designed for tool-free assembly, as most parts come preinstalled, so you can spend less time reading instructions and more time riding. In our First Ride setup videos, we show tool use mainly as a safety step, since shipping can sometimes loosen bolts. We recommend checking key parts before every ride to ensure safety and smoothness. Tires ship partially inflated to avoid damage, which is why the videos guide you through the final setup. While tools aren’t required for assembly, having basic bike tools on hand is advised for double-checking and maintaining your bike over time.
