Q: QuestionWhat is everything that comes in the box? Does it come with the fast charger like on the lectric website? The fast charger claims to charge it in 3.5 hours is that true? If it does not come with the fast charger where can I get it?

• A:Answer Hi there Mosaab, When you open your box, you’ll find your brand-new bike, the battery, the display, and your charger. If the specific promotion for the bike you ordered mentions a fast charger, that will be included in the box instead of the standard charger! Please keep in mind that some free accessories included in our bundles may ship separately, so don't worry if they aren't all in the first box. As for the speed, the fast charger is designed to cut your charging time significantly. It should take about 3.5 hours or less to reach a full charge!

Q: QuestionWill BestBuy unbox it and have it fully assembled, good to go for me? I have bought bikes from Dicks before and they do it well that way. Just want to confirm.

• A:Answer The Bike is only folded in the box. The only actual assembly is sliding seat into post and clicking peddles on. The rest of bike just unfolds and you lock the clamp down. Zero tools required. Then you will need to add air to the tires. Best Buy does not do returns for e-bikes, doubt they will assemble it, which this bike does not need.

• A:Answer Great question! You can change your bike from Class 2 to Class 3 by following the steps on page 21 of your user manual. Here’s a quick walkthrough: - Press and hold the up and down arrows on your control pad at the same time until the screen shows “P1.” - Tap the power button to scroll through the settings until you reach “P08.” - Use the up/down arrows to change the value from 32 to 100. - Press and hold the up and down arrows again to return to the main screen. - Hold the M button to power off the bike and save your changes. Just a heads up, the throttle will still cap at 20 MPH. To reach up to 28 MPH, you'll need to be in Pedal Assist Level 5. Let us know if you need help with anything else!
