• A:Answer Great question! For all of our eBikes, including the XP4, the tires are not tubeless. They require standard inner tubes to operate, and we do not currently offer a tubeless tire option. If you are looking for added protection against flats, many of our riders choose to add Tannus Armour inserts for extra peace of mind on the road!

Q: QuestionWhat are the folded dimensions with the pedals and seat post removed?

• A:Answer When first measured, the pedals were taken off, and the seat post was lowered completely, as the frame represents the highest point. The folded dimensions are 37"L x 17"W x 29"H.

Q: QuestionWhat is everything that comes in the box? Does it come with the fast charger like on the lectric website? The fast charger claims to charge it in 3.5 hours is that true? If it does not come with the fast charger where can I get it?

• A:Answer The charger is the standard charger, not the fast charger. The fast charger needs to be purchased from Electric directly. Try the standard charger first it is sufficient.

• A:Answer Hello Shel, Great questions! The integrated rear rack on the XP4 has a heavy-duty max weight capacity of 150 lbs. You can absolutely install a child seat! Once they outgrow a traditional child seat, you can also look into our Buddy Seat option to carry your favorite co-pilot!
