Yes. You can play pretty much any game, you can adjust the settings for on the go play, or even max them out if you want to attach an external GPU and play in docked mode on a monitor.

I would assume so at low settings. I played Lies of P for a reference if that helps. It worked OK, not great, not bad....playable.
