• Normally for open box items the price you pay is based on the condition the open box is in; so if anything is missing or if it’s any type of bad wear and tear it will lower the open box price or have it higher no matter the style.

• I was wondering that myself when I purchased mine. Just get the 1tb model and call it a day. There isn’t a reason why it’s priced the way it is
