No, you can’t upgrade the RAM on the Legion Go. The ram is soldered in place, so for almost everyone, it’s not possible to add more. Technically, it could be done with advanced skills and special tools, but for regular users, it’s not an option.

No, I've watched a lot of videos about this, it's soldered, so you could do it yourself, but you'd have to flash the bios, updates would probably mess it up, it would be extremely hard to pull off

No. It’s soldered to the board. You can find others online to do it but it also requires modification to the bios for it to use the extra ram. Anytime a bios update comes out you will have to remodel the files. Not to mention soldering is tricky.
