Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. 10.8v is actually the same voltage rating as 11.1v. It depend on how the manufacture chooses to word it. Now the mAh rating is different. If the mAh rating of the replacement battery is higher than your original battery, you will have more runtime with the replacement.
