“dim screen just received my new lithium battery that U recommended for my HP DV6000. Powered up fine. Only problem is the screen dims at full power. Plugged in the A/C wall adapter and the screen brightness is fine. Any idea's besides returning the battery.”

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. You may want to check the settings for running only on the battery alone. Most laptop models are set to dim so the device does not use a lot of power. When plugged into the wall the setting are usually set to be bright. This should correct the problem. If it does not please let us know. Thank you!
