QuestionHow do I install the new battery?I have tried to charge my existing one but isn't recharging. I had it connected to the computer all night via USB port and the battery is still not working.

If you are experiencing problems with your Lenmar product, you may go to Lenmar’s website under the “service and support “ tab fill out the warranty and returns form and we will be happy to replace your unit if it is malfunctioning.
