“How do I install the new battery? I have tried to charge my existing one but isn't recharging. I had it connected to the computer all night via USB port and the battery is still not working.”

Thank you for your inquiry. Replacement battery model # DLK7001 has a two year warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your Lenmar product, you may go to Lenmar’s website under the “service and support “ tab fill out the warranty and returns form and we will be happy to replace your unit if it is malfunctioning.
