A:AnswerI have had the same problem that you have had and I wish that I could tell you what the problem was but I have no idea what non-supported cell phone battery means.What I had to do was to take the battery back to best buy and get my money back and I ended up buying a device that charges up only the battery and that has worked.But I will continue to look for a replacement battery.Try the company of your cell phone you might be able to order a battery from them check your user guide.
