“What does, non supported cell phone battery mean, exactly? I recently purchased a cell phone battery for my phone (Lenmar, model-CLSG44BA) from Best Buy. After recieving the batter in the mail I turned off my phone and replaced the old battery with the new one. Well I was shocked when I saw the phone say,"non-supportede cell phone battery." Well I charged it for several hours but it was acting like it was not taking a charge at all. So my question too you is what exactly does that mean and what can I do to correct it, thanks.”

I have had the same problem that you have had and I wish that I could tell you what the problem was but I have no idea what non-supported cell phone battery means.What I had to do was to take the battery back to best buy and get my money back and I ended up buying a device that charges up only the battery and that has worked.But I will continue to look for a replacement battery.Try the company of your cell phone you might be able to order a battery from them check your user guide.
