QuestionWhy can't I order a Replacement batteryI tried to order this battery. You won't take my mailing address or street address AND it cannot be delivered to our local Best Buy. This is crazy.

QuestionSony charger-compatible?I lost the battery for my Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W80, but still have the charger. Will this battery charge in that charger?

- Answer Yes it will. I have a Sony Cyber Shot and I use the charger that came with camera to charge this battery. Just check the package of the battery to make sure your model is listed. The letter listed on the battery helps to identify which one of these batteries to buy.

QuestionThe battery I'm replacing quotes 1350 mAh, this one says 1000 mAh. Why the difference?

- Answer Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. Model #DLSBG1 does have a mAh rating of 1000. Replacement batteries mAh rating may be lower, higher or the same as the OEM battery. Unfortunately we only carry this particular battery with a mAh rating of 1000. This replacement battery will not give you as much run time as your OEM. Questionis this the corrrect battery?I just bought the sony cybershot dsc-h70. Is the lenmar battery exactly the same as the sony one that came with the camera - with the same power and durability? Why don't you sell a sony battery that looks like the one that came with the camera? signed, a little skeptical...

The best way to compare a replacement battery is to compare it to your original battery by the mAh or Wh, which indicate how powerful the capacity of a battery is.
