• Yes, there is an audio/video player built in to Windows 10 Home that will play music and non-commercial video like YouTube or other free video on the web. To play commercial DVD movies you will need a Media Player software in addition to the basic player on Windows 10 Home. There is one from Microsoft that is available for purchase through the Windows Store. There are other compatible Media Player programs available.
