• yes, ALL windows computers in general, you can download skype, and if you have a microsoft sign in, it is included with your M.S. office package. You can download it as an app on windows 10 and 8.1, and on windows 7, it is a download. go to skype.com for more info.

• Skype will work on this computer. It runs Windows 10, has a built-in mic, and a webcam. All of which are compatible and allow you to use Skype. You will however need to download Skype software from their website to use it.
