• Adobe Photoshop Elements 11? If so, that's a pretty old version of the software and might not be updated to run on Windows 10. You will need to do some research on that version and see if works. This has nothing to do with the laptop but more so what operating system it's running. This machine has more than enough horsepower to run it though if that's what your asking.
