when setting up laptop did you select the Microsoft login service where you use your Microsoft account or did you create the local account? if when it wants you to use your Microsoft account you hit cancel then you can make a local login from that you can setup guest ones or kids ect...

Use the Windows Media Creation Tool to create the ISO, which will include your activation information (it is recommended you use a CDKey identification program to find and save your CDKey since it is not printed anywhere on the laptop, this is just in case the activation fails to be installed with the Media Creation Tool ISO...which is highly unlikely, though). The ISO will probably be 4.47 GB, which is 0.04 GB too large for a normal DVD, so you will either need a dual-layer DVD when using the tool or you can select the USB option to let the app create it for you. I recommend doing the tool twice - once to create the ISO to save for whenever you need it later, and then again to create the USB. Boot from the USB, install Windows clean, and you should be able to do whatever you want with Guest access.
