It took this laptop over 2 hours to load and it never loaded windows or the virus protection. Luckily I purchased the additional Geek Squad plan for 200.00. I had to contact them & have their tech remote access into the computer to load the missing systems. Not very impressed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was shocked by this. I booted ours up and let it do the updates. It took a full 24 hours to complete the Windows updates (I thought it might be hung at one point but the progress bar kept moving so I let it go)! I think that is a bit ridiculous but I don't see how there is a choice. Bottom line, let it run, it will eventually come through and be fully updated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not updated it yet but after I answered the questions when you turned it on the first time it took less than two minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just let the system continue to download and install the updates. The time varies depending on the number of updates Microsoft has released for Windows 10 since your specific computer was manufactured. Be sure the device is plugged in during the update process. The fewer devices connected to your internet service during the update process will speed up the downloading as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First boot takes a long time to update everything and the time will vary depending on one's internet speeds. I have a decent connection and it took me about 4 hours until I was playing on it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Some Windows 10 updates mess up the Lenovo. You will have to start all over again, and skip the update. Just do the critcal update and you should be fine. Another problem might be your Hard Drive bad. Take it to Geek Squad to check the HD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.give it two to three hours
