The normal operating temperature for the AMD A12-9720P processor is 100 to 150-degrees Fahrenheit, with a maximum temperature of 194-degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures will vary depending on the system workload.

QuestionI'm really interested in getting this laptop, i would like to know how good the speakers volume it is?, i previously own a acer older model which is heavy af, and the volume sucks, i can barely hear music 3-4 ft away, also heats up too quickly.

- Answer If you have any doubt about whether the system is running too hot, we recommend you stop by your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad check your system out. The normal operating temperature for this system is between 100 and 150-degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the workload. The fan will run to maintain the proper operating temperature. It will run more when the system is working hard. It is normal for the fan to run. You will be able to hear the fan run.

- Answer Yes, to create movies and other viewable content you will need Media Player software that does not come with Windows 10 Home. You will be able to copy files to a DVD with Windows 10, as you would any other external hard drive, like a Flash Drive.

- Answer This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. A certified technician can replace the existing hard drive with a compatible solid state drive.

- Answer Pretty sure if you take it into the store with your receipt, they'll hook you up. That said, you have to do it within a certain timeframe...so don't delay!
