That's kind of a broad question. With all of the 110's I bought, I replaced the hard drives with 120GB SSDs. There is only one dimm, so I did not upgrade the ram. Photoshop was installed on one PC but not used yet. I think that for photo editing it would be capable, just not blazing fast. The SSD made such a performance difference that if you're not using one, you might not be too happy.
