I recently bought a wireless mouse from Best Buy for $9.99 and it works wonderfully. Just install AA battery (included) and plug the thumb drive (also included) into USB port and you're ready to go! Helpful tip: a regular size mouse pad is too big for laptop so I cut it with scissors to fit. I've also used mouse with wire but the cord kept getting in the way of my typing and I was constantly having to adjust it. Get the wireless - a lot less headaches!

For $7-$10 extra, I get a wireless mouse (when I see a sale) that is "BluTooth" since this IdeaPad has a 30 foot range BluTooth antenna factory installed inside when you buy it.
