“Can you change the CPU on this laptop from the one of the lowest level processors it comes with (Celeron) to a faster one or is the laptop made so you have to purchase a more expensive model ? is this the same model as IDEAPAD 100 with same SKU?”

If you want a different processor I would recommend you just to buy a laptop with the proper processor. Changing this one to something faster makes no sense. I m sure you are buying this because its cheap. So most people that buy this just need something for the internet. If you want an i3 or i5 or i7 just pay more.
