Just purchased this laptop a week ago its perfect if you are just looking to check emails do a little internet surfing and some social media because it doesn't have a lot of Ram (storage) so if your looking for bigger storage look into a bigger computer Ram wise!!! Other than that its a GREAT Laptop the battery doesn't hold a charge that long maybe 45 mins pushing an hour!!! Not sure if you are familiar with Windows 10 for me I had to get use to it and also I had to get use to Windows Live Mail coming from Outlook Express Mail but somehow it sync my email address and all my emails came up!!! I recommend the computer I have no complaints great laptop for what I do on it light computer stuff!!! Hope I answered your question.

As you can see from the Best Buy web site, the consumer rating for this system is 4.0. This is an entry level system, meant for light use. It is good for Microsoft Office projects, email, social media, light browsing of the web.
