• Best buy has a full refund guarantee within 15 days of purchase and a couple of other clauses you can check the site for them or ask a representative

• I believe Best Buy allows you a 14-day window to return if not satisfied.

• I was able to take my computer back within nine days without any issues, but my computer had technical problems and I had my receipt with me. Make sure you know your stores policy on returns and that you have your box for courtesy.
