Questioni bought this computer a few days ago and got geek squad to dump any programs that i didn't use to get more speed. Unfortunately it didn't help, does anyone know if i can add more system memory?

- Answer This system should be a fast system with its Core I-5 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

- Answer Ours came with a free trial of McAfee anti-virus, but once that runs out, you don't need to purchase any software. You can download Malware Bytes-Free, SuperAntiSpyware, Avast Free Antivirus, Advanced Systemcare, and Windows Cleanup, all for free and these will protect your computer just fine.

QuestionBought Lenovo ideapad 320 17 in two weeks ago, spent a week to learn windows 10 (the worst windows OS ever IMO) and now the computer would not turn on (Power light and adapter light both on but the screen would not turn on whatever I do.

- Answer Unplug everything from the laptop including the battery. Hold the power button for 30 seconds. Plug the power cable in and power on the laptop. Plug the battery back in. You should be good to go. If you don't like windows 10 download the free software "Classic Shell". It make everything look and function like Windows 7.

- Answer I5 - 7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz 8.00 GB Ram (7.88 GB usable) Nice Laptop still has the plugs for an HTML, and hard wired Internet, which keeps you a bit safer than WIFI. Also has a DVD/CD disk drive too. Newer laptops are eliminating these features. Also the battery cannot be over charged if left plugged in. It stops charging when the battery is at 100%, if left plugged in, according to specs on this laptop. It is NOT a touch screen.

- Answer This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this system can support is 12GB, so your certified technician can replace 4GB of RAM (the other 4GB is soldered to the motherboard).
