• Yes, it is VESA mountable. I'm not sure of the dimensions but my mount has the 3" or 4". Sorry, Not home to check which I used.

• Yes. The one odd thing is that cables are not in right location. I use two of the holes for mounting on my monitor arms. The monitor us very light and I do not have any issues moving it around with only two mounts.
