If it is a all in one computer where you do not have a separated tower, then since the monitor houses the CPU unit, if you have a VGA output you should be able to connect it. Now if what you mean is that you have a tower connected to a monitor and the monitor has more inputs on the back and you want to connect another monitor using those inputs, then it will not work since they both are inputs
