• Yes, definitely! So, I could easily configure a 3 monitor system (VGA, HDMI, Laptop) without any additional H/W or S/W.

• Yes, you can connect two monitors at the same time with this device, one through HDMI-out and one through VGA.

• NO, absolutely not, it has an HD 520 Intel Graphics Integrated memory chipset, that will not be able to handle 3 monitors displaying simultaneousness, however 2 monitors it can do, display on your laptop, plus VGA out, or HDMI out simultaneousness.
