Sub $500, I think it can run it, but the colors are not like a Full HD Display, and there is no discreet graphics card, we have to be real at this price, it is basic fast for internet web browsing, Office suite, Skype, Netflix, YouTube..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure of the actual display, but photoshop stutters a little when I use it. Premiere is a no go. I haven't upgraded the RAM to 16 GB yet, but doing so may help with the stuttering.

Yes, you can run your Adobe Creative Suite software without a hiccup, this is a powerful machine if you keep up with Windows 10 updates and clean the hard drive every so often, but the display is not the greatest. It is clear, but I found the colors are not exactly represented as true colors. Yellows were not quite as yellow, reds the same, and I played with adjusting this for hours trying to get the best results. There may be a missing driver I didn't download yet, and that might be perhaps why, but here is a thought. I did use the HDMI out to my HDTV and that was excellent. I also used the VGA out to an external LCD panel, and that was very impressive. So if you are willing to use another monitor while using this laptop, I would say yes to both questions. It is a powerful machine, an i5 is plenty of power for the Adobe software you mentioned, and editing videos and photos, very easy. For the money, I see why the display it has isn't the best, as they had to make some sort of trade off somewhere, because this touts great specs and you will notice a very powerful machine once you did all your updates and cleaned the system with a utilities software, one like Norton's Utilities and Lenovo also has a built in software package that will monitor all the hardware. Now you see why that was a tough question :-) Bottom line, the display it has isn't the greatest, but if you are willing to buy an external monitor and use it that way, maybe with an external Key board and mouse, I'd say it is worth buying for that alone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We recommend you check with the Adobe, the software publisher, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements to run their software, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
