- Answer Best Buy has a 15 day return policy, with receipt. The product comes with a one year manufacturer's limited warranty. Additionally, you can purchase accidental coverage for up to 3-years from Best Buy.

QuestionTo the LENOVO PRODUCT EXPERT- That is the problem with it being Available sunday. It was $399 on Saturday for the Black Friday-July deal, and it sold out Saturday. Then miraculously it was back in stock Sunday morning-but at regular price of $699.

- Answer The page I am looking at today, Sunday, 7-24-16, is showing this item available for shipping. It could be that since the Best Buy ads start on Sunday, this item could not be purchased before today, Sunday. Give it another try today, Sunday. If you are still having problems, try the "live chat" on the Best Buy site or call the Best Buy order desk for help.
