• Yes it will. The label on the charger / AC adapter indicates 100 - 240 volts AC input. You would only need a plug adapter to convert it to physically fit the overseas outlet.. This is common for laptop chargers, cell-phone chargers and some other electronic devices that use a "switching" power supply - worldwide power compatibility. But always read the label first to be sure!

• No, you will need to use a step down power adapter as this is a 110v system.
