• No it won't interfere you can disable the wifi card in the system settings.

• The Lenovo IdeaCentre 310s desktop uses the latest 5G, 802.11AC WiFi capability. There should be no conflict as the 802.11AC WiFi on this computer is backward compatible to older b/g/n frequencies. Be sure your WiFi router has the latest firmware updates from the router manufacturer's web site, for optimum connectivity and data transfer speeds.
